I know it is about time I update this thing! Well, I have been doing really well! Trying to get through my second semester of college the best that I can! I think it is going to pay off! I am looking forward to moving in the fall, although I am going to miss my friends at BRCC! :( If I can pull off another 3.75 this semester, I'll be heading to southeastern with a 3.875. Almost perfect, so needless to say I am proud of myself!

Anyhow, for those of you that don't know me, welcome to my page! My name is Karla and I am a 19 year old female from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am in the process of completing my first year of college at Baton Rouge Community College. I was diagnosed with spastic Cerebral Palsy at birth so I use a wheelchair, just because I use a wheelchair does not make me any different from anyone else. I just have a few limitiations ( a lot of minor ones) and the one major one (Which is the inability to walk). I've learned to adapt and live with them, and that is the important thing!

I'm an outgoing girl who believes in having fun with everything I do! I like to have lots of fun! In my spare time, I enjoy jamming to bands (Blackwater Bliss, love dem guys), Lifehouse, Black Crowes and many many more! I also love having get togethers with friends at my house and basically anything that will get me out of the house. In the corner of the page, you will see a picture of me. The guy in the picture is not my boyfriend, although he is VERY special to me. I'm currently single and waiting to find the right guy! I am going to accept nothing but the best and the right person for me! I guess I am waiting on God to bring him to me, and giude me in the right directrion!
